*pickup times are subject to change

We will come to your car and get your pet.
Can nursing mommas have surgery?
Animals must be done nursing to have surgery.
Do I need to provide proof of vaccinations before surgery?
No. While it is always recommended that your pets be up to date on their vaccines, it is not required for surgery. All animals receive a free rabies vaccine, if needed. Additional vaccines are available, at the time of surgery, at an additional cost.
Are there any dog breeds that can't use the clinic?
Yes. We do not serve brachycephalic (flat/smushed face) breeds. These breeds have breathing difficulties on the best of days and require constant monitoring after surgery. They are best served at a full service veterinarians office.
Why is pre-payment required?
To reduce no-shows. We have to pay our staff even when people do not show up for their appointment. Having an appointment already paid for ensures that we can afford to keep the doors open and continue to serve the community.
Do you offer financial assistance?
Yes. We routinely apply for grants so that we can offer assistance. Some grants have very specific criteria that require us to ask you personal financial information. Our staff is not trying to be nosy, we are trying to see what grant you may qualify for.
