Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I go when I arrive for my appointment? Please park outside our clinic located at 4861 Hwy 431N, and text us at 615-389-4399 to let us know you have arrived. If you are unable to text, please leave your pet in the car and enter through the red doors to check in. ​

What is the minimum age to receive vaccines? We will vaccinate patients as young as 6 weeks. Rabies vaccines cannot be given until 12 weeks of age. 

​

Is there a minimum weight to use your clinic? Adult cats and dogs need to be at least 3lbs.

Very young puppies and kittens are the exception to this.

My pet is a senior. Can they use your vaccine clinic? Yes, as long as they are generally healthy.

​

My pet is sick. Can you see them? No. Vaccines should be given to healthy animals. We do not offer any type of services other than spay/neuter surgeries and vaccines.

Can I bring multiple pets? Yes, but each pet needs to have an appointment to allow us enough time to serve everyone.

Do you sell flea/tick/heartworm preventative? Not at this time. We hope to be able to offer those products in the future. 

​

How can I get flea/tick/heartworm preventative if I use your clinic? We do have a Chewy account. You can order from Chewy and choose Critter Fixers as your ordering doctor for up to one year after your pets visit.

Does my pet have to be spayed or neutered to use your vaccine clinic? No, but we hope that you chose to do that in the future.
