Wellness Exams for Cat & Dogs $25

A wellness exam is a head to tail physical exam performed by our veterinarian that checks basic eye, ear, skin and coat health, as well as lungs and heart. They are for healthy animals only. We do not see sick animals or treat long term conditions. We are primarily a surgical center and need to keep the clinic as germ-free as possible. Wellness exams are NOT required for your pet to participate in our vaccine clinic, but must be added if you need to purchase prescription flea/tick/heartworm prevention.

All cats MUST be in a carrier or you will be asked to reschedule.

Dogs must be on a leash.

Please muzzle aggressive dogs.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, especially if we feel that your pet is a danger to our staff.

Where do I go when I arrive for my appointment? Park in a space that has an orange cone in front of it and call or text us at 615-389-4399 to let us know you have arrived. If you are unable to call or text, please leave your pet in the car and enter through the red paw print doors to check in.

What is the minimum age to receive vaccines? We will vaccinate patients as young as 6 weeks. Rabies vaccines cannot be given until 12 weeks of age.

What is the difference in a wellness exam and a vaccine clinic appointment?

A vaccine only appointment does not receive an exam from our veterinarian. Wellness exams are physical exams performed by our veterinarian. You must have a wellness exam if you intend to purchase prescription strength flea/tick/heartworm medication.

Is there a minimum weight to use your clinic? Adult cats and dogs need to be at least 3lbs for surgery, but all weights are welcome for Wellness Wednesdays.

My pet is a senior. Can they use your vaccine clinic? Yes, as long as they are generally healthy.

My pet is sick. Can you see them? No. Vaccines should be given to healthy animals. We do not offer any type of services other than spay/neuter surgeries and vaccines.

Can I bring multiple pets? Yes, but each pet needs to have an appointment to allow us enough time to serve everyone.

Do you sell flea/tick/heartworm preventative? Not here at the clinic, but if you have had surgery or a wellness exam here within the last year, you can order through our online pharmacy by clicking here.

Does my pet have to be spayed or neutered to use your vaccine clinic? No, but we hope that you choose to do that in the future.
