How to order preventatives

If your pet has had surgery or a wellness exam at our clinic within the last year you are eligible to order flea/tick/heartworm preventatives from our online pharmacy!

To follow veterinary regulations, Critter Fixers requires a physical exam with our veterinarian once a year to prescribe medication. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not diagnose any conditions or illnesses, we will ONLY approve requests for preventatives such as flea/tick medication, heartworm prevention and deworming products.

Any other requested products or prescriptions will be denied.

Please remember that growing puppies and kittens can quickly outgrow their original dose size. We will not approve more than 2 doses at a time for them until their weight stabilizes within a dose range. If they are at a dose size weight change, we will only approve 1 dose at a time. (example: puppy weight = 10.5 pounds and next dose = 11.1 to 22.0)
