Our clinic will operate Monday through Thursday from 7am-530pm. Please do not apply if you can not work these hours.

All positions will be cross-trained.

High-volume spay and neuter is a very fast-paced environment and attention to detail is crucial.

Days can be hectic but rewarding.

The cats and dogs of Robertson County are counting on us. 

We are not able to offer traditional benefits such as medical insurance, but we do offer:

Four day work week.

Paid time off: Christmas through New Years, Thanksgiving Day & the Friday after, Memorial Day & Labor Day.

 

Front Desk/Reception/Office Assistant 

Our front desk person will be the primary point of contact for all of our clients.

Duties will include (not an inclusive list):

Scheduling and verifying surgery appointments

Taking surgery payments

Ensuring that each clients discharge paperwork is complete

Ordering office supplies 

Assisting with client drop-off and pickup 

Daily cleaning and sterilization of clinic

Licensed Veterinary Technician 

Our lead vet tech will be responsible for daily care of all surgical patients, assisting doctors and veterinary assistants with pre-, peri- and post-operative care of patients, general cleaning, and training others to utilize our patient care protocols. They must be able to effectively communicate and lead a team. This is a complex position that requires thorough training. A high volume spay and neuter clinic is a unique environment unlike other veterinary clinics that you may have worked at.

Candidates must be:

Willing to learn.

Flexible.

Team players.

Great communicators.

Veterinary Assistant
